Forget it

No one ever wants to talk about that.

That moment when they’ve forgotten to remember what childhood was like.

Like outgrowing your tricycle, but wishing you could still ride it.

It being the memory.

Memory has a way of filling in the blanks.

Blanks better left open.

Open to interpretation, to debate.

Debate all you want, you still forgot.

Forgot to remember what it was like.
